The thick leaves are covered in soft, silvery fuzz that gives the whole plant a pale, glowing appearance. The contrast between the silver foliage and its smooth shape makes it very striking.                                                                                                                                          
  This plant forms a low, compact clump and can produce bright butter yellow flowers on short stalks during the growing season. It grows best in bright sunlight with excellent drainage and infrequent watering. Over time, it can be propagated by dividing clumps or taking cuttings as it develops new growth.
