DD Hammocks SuperLight A-Frame Mesh Tent – Ultra-light insect-proof tent with waterproof floor

Are you heading out in warm environments or camping in the woods where mosquitoes are active? Then the DD Hammocks SuperLight A-Frame Mesh Tent is the perfect solution. With its ultra-fine mesh construction, low weight, and smart design, you get an efficient 2-person tent that works in combination with an A-frame tent, tarp, or under the open sky. Ideal for everything from hiking to bushcraft, camping trips, and summer camps.

Lightweight tent with optimal insect protection for 2 people

The tent weighs only 730 grams and is designed with three practical entrances: zipper openings at each end and a U-shaped door on the long side. This provides easy and flexible access—whether you use it alone or together with a tarp or tent as a cover.

It can be quickly set up with two trekking poles, branches, or between trees. The dense mesh effectively protects against mosquitoes, flies, and other insects. At the same time, good ventilation and a waterproof floor ensure a comfortable night's sleep, even in damp conditions.

Materials and specifications

• Ultra-fine mesh and SuperLight ripstop nylon
• 3,000 mm PU-coated, waterproof floor
• Taped seams for extra protection
• Packed size: 28 x 13 x 11 cm
• Weight: 730 g (excluding pegs and guy lines)

Included equipment

• 8 SuperLight pegs + 2 spare pegs
• 2 black guy lines and 2 fluorescent guy lines (2 m each)
• Storage bag

You can choose visible or more discreet guy lines, depending on whether you want a noticeable setup or a more neutral appearance in nature.

Perfect together with the A-Frame tent

Want complete protection against both rain and insects? Then combine the mesh tent with the classic DD Hammocks A-Frame Tent or SuperLight A-Frame Tent. These products fit perfectly together and create a complete and flexible 2-layer shelter system.

You can also use a tarp over the tent—for example, the DD Hammocks Tarp 3x3 m, available in several colors. Also remember the DD Hammocks Trekking Poles, which are ideal for setup.

Mesh tent for outdoor life with minimal weight

This tent is for those who want to sleep comfortably without carrying unnecessary weight. Perfect for hikers, bushcrafters, and nature lovers focused on low weight, high functionality, and a good night's sleep—without buzzing guests.
