GGKit for Pedals – Turn your Logitech, Thrustmaster, or Fanatec pedals into a professional system with Load Cell technology

Supercharge your racing simulator with the 3DRap GGKit , a complete upgrade kit that transforms stock Logitech, Thrustmaster, or Fanatec pedals into a high-end feel and performance system. It features Load Cell technology, Hall sensors, upgraded mechanical components, and cutting-edge electronics to give you a realistic, precise, and race-worthy experience.

Turn your pedals into a professional platform

Do you have basic pedals that no longer meet your needs? The GGKit replaces the original electrical components, improves the mechanical structure, and adds advanced features such as dual-stage clutch, progressive braking, adjustable travel, and ultra-precise response , without having to completely replace your pedal set.

What's included in the GGKit? – High-performance components

  • 32-bit electronics with its own firmware and dedicated software (GUI) to configure axes and signals.
  • 16-bit Load Cell sensor in the brake pedal: realistic and precise feel based on force, not travel.
  • 12-bit Hall sensors for clutch and throttle, replacing the factory potentiometers.
  • Clutch bearing kinematics to simulate the double friction point typical of PRO pedals.
  • Interchangeable elastomers (medium and hard) for brake and clutch, with spacers for adjustment of hardness and preload.
  • Throttle end-of-travel pads , adjust hardness and final travel.
  • Pedal depth and tilt adjustment plates .
  • Pad extenders allow you to lengthen the lever and improve ergonomics.
  • Redesigned housing , with industrial black painted metal finishes.

Competitive advantages for demanding sim racers

  • Better dosage and control during braking thanks to the Load Cell system.
  • Greater sensitivity and precision in all pedals with high-resolution sensors.
  • Total adaptability : adjust angles, hardness and travel according to your driving style.
  • Elimination of common faults such as flickering, mechanical play, or potentiometer wear.
  • An experience close to high-end pedals like Heusinkveld or Asetek, at a fraction of the cost.

Broad and flexible compatibility

  • PC (Windows) via USB or direct connection to base.
  • PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and Xbox (One / Series X|S) using Logitech, Thrustmaster or Fanatec base.
  • Compatible bases (depending on connection):
    • Logitech G25 / G27 / G29 / G920 / G923 / G PRO (DB9 connector / Logitech Racing Adapter)
    • Thrustmaster (except T500) – RJ connector
    • Fanatec – RJ connector

⚠️ Important note for Logitech G25/G27: An external hub may be required to ensure full compatibility.

If pump doesn't seem to work
Size: For 85-300 HP, Size: For 85-300 HP
Hi....I apologize it took me a while to get back to you with my results. Here is what I discovered about the pump and will also apply to some of the other comments I read in the reviews with people not getting the pump to work: 1.) I removed the pump to check the proper direction of the impeller and it was correct as can be seen in the photo. 2.) I built a pump shaft attachement so that I could operate the pump with a power drill. 3.) I attached the water muff to the unit and tried to pump water.....it wouldn't do so. What I did see however was that even at high hose discharge and small leakage at the muff I could not fill the water cavity in the housing. 4.) I installed a strap around the muff and tightened it very tight and THEN at high hose pressure I was able to get the cavity to fill with water. 5.) At that point I activated the drill and was able to get the pump to actually pump water. I then removed the pump housing and removed the O-Ring that resides on top of the impeller, reassembled and it would not pump water. Since the O-Ring sits higher than the original does I wanted to make sure that it was necessary to have it in the pump. 6.) I reassembled the engine and kept the tight strap on the bottom and finally it pumped water into the engine. My conclusion that you can reply to other buyers if they have a problem: Do NOT underestimate 2 things....1.)the lack of ability of the pump to draw water up AND 2.)the fact that if the muff leaks it will NOT fill the cavity when common sense says it should. This was a 120hp Johnson. The engine bottom must be immersed fully or the muff must be very tight on the lower unit for the pump to function. Please feel free to post this if you wish.

Incorrect motor listed. Far smaller impeller than what's in the 6 horse johnson.
Size: For 5.5HP 6HP 7.5HP
It seems to be of good quality. However it does not fit a 6 horse johnson as it states. Therefore it will not pump water or function for my purposes. It was a waste of money.
