The resulting arrangement shall be made at your own expense, and such shall be deemed to be a “Work Made for Hire”, as such term is used in the United States Copyright Law, and all copyrights therein and all renewals, extensions and revisions thereof throughout the World shall be owned by the copyright owner of the underlying composition, subject to your sole use under this agreement.
This agreement sets forth our entire understanding, and may not be modified or amended, except by written agreement signed by both parties.
