Bright Orange with a warm tone
Specifically formulated to neutralize light to dark blue hues and tones. You can use this straight on blue tones prior to going in with your target color. Or you can mix this 1:1 with you target color.
Lulus favorite mix: Bare + Malina + Neutralizer OR Bare + Neutralizer + a Drop of colorizer. Corrections may require multiple sessions at 8 weeks apart.
