Planta muy resistente y de gran valor ornamental, ideal incluso si no tienes mucha experiencia cuidando plantas. Su porte escultórico, las hojas perforadas y su verde intenso la convierten en una de las especies más decorativas y apreciadas para interiores.

Características y cuidados de la Kokedama Monstera Adansonii

  • Altura aproximada: 30–35cm.
  • Temperatura y humedad: mantén la planta en un lugar estable por encima de 10 ºC. Le gustan los ambientes con humedad moderada. Pulverizar con agua el musgo, entre riegos, hará que conserve mejor el verde del musgo.
  • Luz: necesita luz indirecta. Evita la exposición directa al sol, ya que podría quemar las hojas y resecar el musgo.

¿Cómo se riega una Kokedama de Monstera Adansonii?

Hidrata por inmersión la bola de musgo en agua a temperatura ambiente durante 5–10 minutos. Deja escurrir muy bien antes de colocarla en su base.

De forma orientativa, se riega cada 2 semanas, según la temperatura y la luz. Comprueba el peso de la bola y el estado del musgo: cuando esté ligera y seca al tacto, es momento de regar.

Origen de la Monstera Adansonii

La Monstera Adansonii es originaria de las selvas tropicales de Centro y Sudamérica. Se adapta muy bien a interiores luminosos con humedad ambiental.

Toughest dang balls I ever played with

These things are amazing. We have a ball obsessed Husky mix and he has destroyed Kongs, Chuck Its, and a whole lot of other ball shaped objects. These things? We bought the 4 pack because we bought 4 Chuck Its and they lasted a year, all 4 of them only a year, before they were destroyed. A year after buying these? We only bought more because he lost 3 of them. I think we did find one under the dresser after buying this pack... But the others? They either ended up thrown over the fence into the woods or lost in the holes in the yard the monster digs up. Other than a few pockmarks from his teeth and maybe some mud, they may as well be brand new even after a year or two. Probably the most chew resistant thing we've ever bought him. They're really solid rubber and since he hasn't managed to bite into them to take out a chunk, they're safe as hell. Being as big as they are, I don't worry he's gonna choke unattended on them like the usual size of ball. About the only concern is forcing breaks so he can have breathing moments when he manages to talk us into fetch outside. It fits in the larger Chuck It thrower too, so we haven't lost any value from having those torn up.
