The thick leaves are meant to hold water making the plant drought-tolerant, disease-resistant, and ultimately, low-maintenance. This succulent plant is ideal for hanging baskets, rock gardens, or container gardens in the warm areas of zones 9 through 11. For the rest of the country, the Echeveria Blue Atoll is very happy when placed on a sunny windowsill as a houseplant. Succulents look especially great when planted together in a shallow dish. We recommend pairing your Echeveria Rosea with a Silver Peak Plant or an Othonna Ruby Necklace.
