They are well thought out devices, with an actual light shining from the bottom to help gauge the amount of salt and pepper, even in lo light. :D I haven’t not altered the grind size, so I can’t speak to that either. Grind speed is as good as many hand grinders, so it’s a delight specifically when grinding a lot (salt for Margarita glass edges!). The price was good, and meets my expectations.
