This exceptional Monstera Burle Marx flame hybrid showcases distinctive elongated juvenile foliage with smooth green texture and subtle wavy margins that will develop stunning flame-patterned variegation as it matures, making it a prized addition for collectors seeking unique tropical specimens.
- Light: Bright, indirect light without direct sun exposure. Provide consistent filtered lighting for healthy growth and optimal variegation development as the plant matures.
- Temperature: 18-26°C (64-79°F) with good air circulation. Avoid cold drafts and sudden temperature changes which can stress young plants and affect variegation patterns.
- Humidity: 60-80% with excellent air movement to prevent fungal issues. Use humidity trays or grouping with other plants to maintain optimal levels for this tropical hybrid.
- Watering: Water when soil surface is dry. Maintain consistent moisture without waterlogging. Reduce watering frequency during cooler months while maintaining humidity levels.
Additional Notes
Natural climbing habit makes it ideal for moss poles or trellises as it matures, developing aerial roots and transitioning from juvenile elongated leaves to the distinctive flame-patterned variegated foliage that makes this hybrid so sought after by collectors.
