Get to the root of weed problems quickly with SpeedZone EW broadleaf herbicide. It comes in an easy-pour 2.5-gallon jug and contains multiple active ingredients to kill the most stubborn weeds within two weeks. It can be used in established cool- and warm-season grasses and kills hard-to-control weeds like spurge and plantain. It starts to work immediately and is rainfast in only three hours.

How SpeedZone EW Herbicide Works

SpeedZone EW liquid broadleaf herbicide contains four active ingredients for maximum, fast-acting weed control: carfentrazone-ethyl, mecoprop-p acid, dicamba acid and 2,4-D. These four ingredients work together to burn down the toughest broadleaf weeds, showing visual damage within 24 hours. Plant death usually occurs within one to two weeks. It's highly selective and kills the labeled weeds without harming the surrounding turfgrass.

Where to Use SpeedZone EW

SpeedZone EW broadleaf herbicide can be used in a variety of sites, including home lawns and other residential lawns. It's also labeled for commercial properties, keeping the surrounding landscape free of invasive weed growth. It can also be applied on golf courses and other athletic and recreational turf. Use SpeedZone EW liquid herbicide on noncrop sites like cemeteries and roadsides, as well as fence rows and industrial areas. It only takes between 2 and 5 pints per acre to knock down the weeds depending on the turf. Refer to the product label for exact use rates and application times.

Target Weeds

SpeedZone EW herbicide targets and kills more than 90 broadleaf weeds, including tough species like clover and ground ivy. It kills and controls spurge and plantain, dandelion and oxalis, and dock and chickweed. Use it to burn down groundsel and henbit, as well as horseweed and purslane. It's effective at killing ragweed and thistle and eliminates wild garlic and kochia within seven to 14 days. Some other common listed weeds include dogfennel, pigweed, carpetweed and buckhorn.

Benefits of SpeedZone EW Herbicide

SpeedZone EW herbicide controls and suppresses dozens of broadleaf weeds, as well as postemergent grassy weeds like goosegrass (not for use in California). It has a short kill time and shows visual damage in just one day after application. It's applied easily as a foliar spray and can be used in warm- and cool-season grasses. Some of the main reasons why turf management professionals use SpeedZone EW broadleaf herbicide include:

  • Kills broadleaf weeds and listed grassy weeds
  • Contains four ingredients for faster, more effective weed control
  • For use on noncrop sites like roadsides, medians and ditches
  • Perfect for use on golf courses and recreational sites
  • Highly effective even at low use rates

SpeedZone EW Weed Killer Eliminates Weeds

For the best results, use SpeedZone EW broadleaf weed killer on young, actively growing weeds. This herbicide contains four ingredients to kill the weeds without negatively affecting the surrounding turfgrass. It can be applied everywhere from home lawns to parks and controls more than 90 different broadleaf weeds, from clover and dandelion to henbit and ragweed. When young weeds threaten to take over the landscape, knock them down quickly with the power of SpeedZone EW postemergent broadleaf herbicide.

Simple upgrade that actually feels worth it
Color: Black, Size: normal
I replaced a cheap milk frother I had from Walmart with this one, and it’s definitely an upgrade. Right out of the box it just feels a bit nicer and more solid, not flimsy like the other one. It’s also noticeably more powerful. It froths milk really quickly and does what it’s supposed to without any effort. I did notice it only has one ring on the whisk compared to the two on my old one, but I honestly don’t notice any difference in how it works. Only small thing was getting the batteries in, which was a little tighter than I expected. Not a big deal, just took a second. Overall, it just works well and feels worth the price. I’ve only had it for a short time, but so far I’m happy with it and hoping it holds up.

Great frother at a good price
Color: Black, Size: normal
Works really well and priced appropriately. Produces rich froth with minimal effort and works MUCH better than other much higher priced frothers. Highly recommended. I hope it lasts a good long time.

Perfect for protein shakes and coffee - one warning about getting it wet
Color: Black, Size: normal
Bought this to replace a similar handheld whisk I had been using for protein shakes and stirring extras into my morning coffee. At this price point I was not expecting much, and it has done exactly what I need - with one warning I will get to. I use this almost every morning. Two jobs: mixing a scoop of whey protein into water or milk so it actually dissolves (no clumps stuck to the side of the shaker), and stirring pre-workout powder or a flavor additive into my coffee. This is not a blender and I do not treat it like one. For small-volume mixing of powders into liquid, it is the right tool. WHAT WORKS - It does not over-froth or whip air into the drink. Some handheld whisks turn a protein shake into a foam mess. This one keeps the liquid liquid - it just dissolves the powder. That is the main reason I came back to this category. - No splashing, even with the cup near the brim. I can stir a nearly-full coffee mug without flicking liquid onto the counter. The previous one I owned could not do this. - One button. Runs as long as I hold it. A typical protein shake or coffee mix takes under ten seconds. - Easy to hand-wash. Rinse the whisk end, wipe the handle, back in the drawer. WHAT DOES NOT (the warning) - You cannot throw the whole thing in the sink with the rest of the dishes. The handle is not waterproof. We made this mistake exactly once - it got soaked, never worked again. At this price the loss was not a big deal, but it is the one thing I wish the listing made more obvious. Hand-clean the whisk end only, keep the handle dry. - Battery-powered. Replace the batteries when it starts feeling slow rather than waiting for it to fully die mid-shake. WHO IT IS FOR If you need a small-volume mixer for protein powder, coffee, hot chocolate, pre-workout, or anything where you are dissolving a powder into a single cup or shaker, this is the tool. If you want to blend smoothies or actually break down ingredients, buy a real immersion blender instead. Five stars. The wet-handle failure was my mistake, not the product's. Doing its job every morning - would buy again.

$7 value
Color: Black, Size: normal
Works wonderfully if the liquid you’re blending has no viscosity, but it slows down brutally if given any kind of resistance. It’s small and lightweight and very easy to use. Works for my bloom, but it does not work very well for my protein shakes.

My Matcha Frother
Color: Silver, Color: Silver
I recently started making matcha tea at home and opted for a milk frother instead of the bamboo hand whisk that is traditionally used for matcha, due to health issues. I have a connective tissue disorder and early osteoarthritis and need to protect my wrists, so the hand whisk would be risky for my daily matcha habit. The Vomelon frother is perfect for mixing up my matcha tea powder into my water or almond milk while saving my joints from further damage. I liked the included cover for this model, and the large on/off button on the top of the device. Other models have their switches and buttons placed in odd places that could be awkward for me. I have trouble pushing this device's button with my thumb, even though it seems designed to be done this way, so I typically use my index finger to switch it on and off. This works well for me. You don't have to hold the button while it's on - it stays on until you turn it off - so that helps. The two coil attachments are nice, too. The single coil one does a decent job, but the triple coil really blends up well, and froths up my almond milk into a airy, frothy cup rather quickly, if that's what I'm going for. It uses 3 AAA batteries, and I worried they would get used up with daily use, but I have been using mine daily for about a minute or so each day (I blend my matcha, then rinse off by blending clean water and then spin dry before I store it) every day for about a month now and it's still going strong on the original batteries. I am ready with spares for whenever they peter out, though. I checked the battery chamber to make sure I knew how to switch them out, and it's very easy. They are stacked in the end of the device, so you just twist off the end and slide out. There is a holder for the 3 batteries, so you pop them out/in and just slide it back into the main housing and twist it back on. The +/-indicators show which way to place them. I believe it's 2 one way and one the opposite way. The attachments simply hold onto the spinning bit with tiny grooves in the spinner that fit snugly. They don't click into place or anything, but I have had no trouble with them feeling loose or anything while in use, as long as they are fully in place. Just slide them all the way in and you'll be fine. Overall, this works well for my matcha tea and milk frothing needs. I tried it once with an egg to see how well it scrambled, but I used the single coil attachment and it seemed to slow down a lot in the gooey egg viscosity, so I can't say I would recommend it for scrambling eggs, especially if you are doing more than one at a time. However, I only tried once and only with the smaller, single coil attachment. You may have better luck with it if that's what you're looking to use it for. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.
