This extremely compact, resilient, and visually attractive Snake Plant or Sansevieria 'Star Mini Marble' is the perfect proof that great beauty can be hidden in a very small form! This special miniature variety stands out with its star-shaped rosette and thick, sturdy leaves adorned with a fantastic "marble" pattern – featuring light green, cream-white, yellowish, and darker green tones. Since this is still a very small seedling (baby) in a mini pot, it is an excellent find for those who have very little free space at home or in the office. Sansevierias are world-famous as some of the most patient and "hard-to-kill" houseplants, which are also excellent air purifiers (they produce oxygen even at night). It is a slow-growing, sculptural, and absolutely undemanding houseplant that will add a modern, expressive, and very tasteful natural accent to any interior. It is an ideal and completely carefree gift for beginners, busy people, or any houseplant lover!

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• ☀️ Light: Highly adaptable. It will survive both in a shadier corner and in bright sunlight. However, the golden rule for variegated varieties: to maintain the beautiful, light marbled leaf coloration, it needs a large amount of bright, diffused light. In too dark a place, it may lose its light pattern, and the leaves will turn dark green.

• 💧 Watering: Rare and very careful. Sansevieria is essentially a succulent and stores large water reserves in its fleshy leaves. Allow the soil to dry out completely between watering! Since the plant is in a very small (6 cm) pot, the soil will dry faster, but remember – it absolutely cannot tolerate root rot from standing water in the saucer, which is almost the only way to quickly rot and kill this resilient plant. Reduce watering to a minimum in winter.

• 🌡️ Temperature/Humidity: Thrives at standard room temperature and literally loves normal, dry indoor air. This plant must never be misted, and it does not need a place with increased humidity. In winter, protect it strictly from cold drafts and open windows.

• 🐾 Pets: Not pet-friendly. The plant is toxic to cats and dogs. It contains saponins, which can cause oral irritation, drooling, vomiting, and digestive issues if chewed. Keep it out of reach of pets!

🏠 MOST SUITABLE ROOM:

• Bright desk or small shelf (thanks to its mini size, it fits perfectly even on the most cluttered desk, pleasing the eyes during work).

• Bedroom (an excellent plant for the bedroom as it actively purifies the air from toxins and enriches it with oxygen at night).

• Living room (as a small but very elegant and undemanding design element).

⚠️ Note: Plants are living organisms, so each specimen and its unique marble pattern may vary slightly. Important to know: this is a very slow-growing, miniature variety, so do not expect it to grow into a giant snake plant anytime soon – it will keep its compact star shape for a very long time! When it’s time to repot this little one into a slightly larger pot, be sure to use extremely loose and airy soil (specialized cactus and succulent soil mixed with sand or perlite works best) to ensure excellent drainage. Do not plant it too deep – the base of the leaf rosette should remain above the soil!
