The Cybex Eagle Torso Rotation features fixed lower body positioning that allows the head to lead the trunk, mirroring many sport and functional activities.

The Cybex Eagle line is a 20-piece variable resistance strength training circuit that combines advanced technology and function, with a fresh, sophisticated, and adaptable design, including a unique, space-saving feature that allows machines to be placed back-to-back in "Logical Pairs." Eagle machines utilize Dual Axis Technology, which allows the user to choose between a machine-defined converging arc of motion, or a user-defined arc incorporating both converging and diverging motions, as well as independent movement arms, which promote symmetrical strength development.

A Cybex Eagle Torso Rotation is, and can best be described as follows: A Rotary Torso is a plate-loaded or selectorized piece of exercise equipment that assists in the development of core strength by working the abdominal and back muscles when the user rotates the torso through the waist from side to side. When using a rotary torso machine the user is typically seated, with legs spread apart slightly and braced against pads, and grasps handles attached to pads placed against the upper torso.

You do have to put multiple applications onto you, but it does work and has the same excellent results you would expect from the bigger name products available on the market. We can all have a good laugh about Queen Helene Cocoa Butter on what it represented for those with little money. However, it always did the job on protecting and softening your skin without spending so much money on more expensive lotions. I'll always have a bottle in my house as long as I live because it WORKS!!!
