Calla Lily can be grown outdoors almost all over the UK in sunny, rich spot which does not dry out - simply lift the bulbs at the end of the season and re-plant the following spring. Alternatively they make stunning house plants - with lilywhite flowers that last for a really long time.

Seed Germination
- Sow at any time of year for house plants, in late winter for garden plants
- Soak seeds for in warm water for 24 hours
- Prepare a multi-cell tray of good quality compost - ideally a mix of 50% regular compost, 50% vermiculite
- Sow one seed per cell and lightly cover with compost
- Compost mix should be moist but not wet
- Place in a warmish place (22-27c) but out of direct sunlight - ideally use heat mat to ensure constant warmth
- Ensure compost does not dry out
- Seeds usually germinate in 4-6 weeks depending on conditions but can be erratic.
- Transplant to individual pots once seedlings large enough to handle
- Slowly harden off before planting outside once all risk of frost passed.

Good for the $$$
Worked great on my Mercruiser Alpha One Gen 2. Once the bottom unit of the outdrive is off and cleaned it only takes a few minutes to install impeller, seals and housing. A very affordable alternative to taking it to the shop.

Fit perfectly and very complete set of parts
Had everything I needed plus some extra parts in the kit. I probably could have just replaced the impeller for slightly less but while everything was disassembled you might as well replace the works. Included - Water Pump Impeller, Housing, Key, Face Plate, Face Plate Gasket, O-Ring, Seal Face and Carrier Assembly Oil Seal

Good quality, but could have used better instructions
The kit was complete, and all the components were well made. However, if you aren't somewhat mechanical, it would be fairly easy to install the gaskets and backing plate in the wrong sequence. With better instructions, this would be a 5 star plus kit.
