Ideal for cooking, tea or medicinal uses. The sweet subtle taste of the culinary lavender bud makes it extremely versatile for both sweet and savory dishes. Get creative and enjoy!
Culinary Varietals:
- Provence: The most bold of all our varietals. Extremely fragrant giving you that traditional lavender scent and taste. Use sparingly! (Lavandula x intermedia)
- Folgate: Our go to when we make lavender lemonade. It is mild in flavor with amazing medicinal properties. It is far more forgiving to work with than a pungent varietal. (Lavandula Angustifolia)
- Melissa: Our sweet Melissa. A farm favorite. She packs a robust flavor that will still leave you thinking lavender when you taste it but with a far "herbier" taste than her siblings.

Mindful Harvest & Processing:
It takes 35 bundles of dried lavender to create ONE POUND of buds. Our buds are a product that not only require a lot of plant matter but a lot of labor and special machinery.
After the bundles are hung to dry and are ready we process them in a unique machine that strips, sifts and vacuums the lavender buds to give you buds with very little dust.
