Please remember that plants are not *meant* to travel in boxes and may not look their absolute best upon arrival. Allow them to acclimate to their new environment, which includes a change in light, humidity, and temperature. Pictures must be sent within 4 hours of posted delivery time to [email protected] if your plant arrives horribly mangled or deaddead. A replacement or refund will be issued (less shipping) if your plant is deemed beyond saving.
