Why Tea Tree essential oil is GREAT:

Tea tree is the germ fighter! It has shown to have anti-microbial properties.  It can be  used for minor infections, wounds, insect bites, respiratory problems, and skin problems such as acne. It is also useful for dandruff. Tea Tree is a definite MUST HAVE for your household kit. Three to five drops in a warm compress is very soothing.

Tea Tree hydrosol is an excellent toner for troubled skin (currently sold in studio only). Lemon Tea Tree Hydrosol has the same properties and smells divine.

Tea Tree essential oil and hydrosol is also used in our holistic facials. We use it in our compresses, as an anti-bacterial or as an anti fungal.

Tea Tree essential oil is an ingredient in our in-house Pre-Wax formula.

Tea Tree in an ingredient in our seasonal YBN Bug Repellent.

We use Tea Tree in our in-house cleaning formulas. 

Tea Tree  oil can be used in a diffuser and topically sparingly if diluted. If you are interested in this oil but not sure how to use it at home we will be happy to help you. Give us a call.  

 

Blends Well With: 

Lavender, rosemary, lemon, chamomile roman, eucalyptus, clarysage, peppermint, clove, ylang, ylang, geranium.

Fragrance:

Middle note; camphorous, sharp, spicy and medicinal. Has a sweet, fresh aroma. Herbal undertones.

Cautions: May irritate sensitive skin.
