It carries long, broadly elongated, velvety leaves with prominent white-green venation and a deep, rich green surface — a large-scale plant that can attain impressive size on a well-grown climbing specimen. Known among collectors as a somewhat slow acclimator that takes its time establishing before pushing new growth, rewarding patience with progressively larger leaves.

• Light: Bright indirect light to dappled shade; adapts across a reasonable light range. Avoid direct sun which damages the velvety leaf surface.

• Soil: Open, chunky epiphytic mix of orchid bark, perlite, and coco coir; excellent aeration essential for the hemiepiphytic root system. Pack sphagnum around the stem as it climbs.
