Create your very own stunning living wall / vertical garden system at home, with these PlantBox vertical planters. 

Internal or external use, suitable for vertically planting houseplants or outdoor plants, and available in sets of 3, 5 or 10 troughs.  They're very quick and simple to install and maintain. 

The built-in watering system holds 1.8L of water per trough in a reservoir, and the included capillary wicking felt helps distribute water to plants evenly and keep your living wall planter thriving.  A water level indicator will show you when to top-up, but watering is generally only needed every 1-2 weeks under normal conditions. 

Made in the UK from 100% recycled materials, these vertical garden planters are designed to boost the biodiversity in your garden, reduce pollution levels and showcase your plants vertically as a living wall. 

The internal options include a plug (two plugs for sets of 10 troughs), to add to the bottom of each column and prevent any overspill from watering. 

Plants are not included.

As context, I've underwritten about 100 deals and attended some basic underwriting classes. Rob's book was very useful to me, both in helping me gain better skills in underwriting basics (stabilization time period and how unit renovations and rent bumps are modeled/phased-in as well as when to start applying rent escalator) as well as higher level topics, like partnership structures, sensitivity analyses, and judging the returns. In all of these higher level topics I learned several new topics (and calculations to add to my underwriting) and would guess that even experienced investors would pick up a few quality nuggets in these sections.
