We're always on the lookout for garden solutions that are functional, fruitful and user-friendly. After a full season of evaluation, our team found the Self-Watering Planter from Vego Garden checked all the right boxes.

Easy to assemble, with a sturdy, adjustable-height trellis, we set it up in the garden in no time. After filling it with our favorite planting mix and transplanting in our tomatoes, we simply filled the self-watering reservoir whenever it got low and let it grow.

We were a little skeptical about sacrificing flavor for convenience – overwatered tomatoes notoriously can be flavorless. But the self-watering system wicked water directly to the roots, allowing plants to drink at their own pace and resulting in consistent, deep watering. Just be sure to water from the top for the first few weeks while the roots grow down toward the reservoir.

During the heat of summer, our trial plants stayed lush and productive, even on the hottest days. Tomatoes were prolific and delicious, with zero cracking. And if tomatoes aren't on your grow list this season, these planters are just as effective for peppers, cucumbers, herbs and more. You can even use it indoors for large houseplants.

Dimensions: 15" long x 15" wide x 55" tall. Trellis Height: 40" tall.
Soil Capacity: 1 cubic ft
Water Capacity: 2.4 gallons

Please note: Ships directly from our supplier via UPS or FedEx Ground, separately from seed packets. Sorry, we cannot ship Tomato Planters to Canada. Please provide a street address for delivery; we cannot ship Tomato Planters to a PO Box.

Self-Watering Tomato Planter Features:

Built-In Trellis: Sturdy support for determinate and indeterminate tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and more.

Self-Watering Reservoir: Maintains the consistent moisture plants crave. Holds a maximum of 2.4 gal. of water.

Rolling Design: Heavy-duty locking wheels for easy mobility on decks, patios – even indoors.

Generous Capacity: Holds 1 cu. ft. of soil – enough to support a full-sized root system.

Impressive results!
Impressive results! The Prequel Multi-Acid Milk Peel has visibly softened my acne scars and evened out my skin tone within just a few weeks. As someone with mature combination skin, I appreciate that the milky formula keeps me hydrated while the 15% acids do the heavy lifting. No irritation at all—just smooth, glowing skin.

GET THIS
THIS IS IT. This needs to be a permanent beauty staple item in your toolkit! I use Dennis Gross acid wipes for my face, it has erased my melasma with maintenance of course but this stuff is THE item for your body and crepey skin. Dennis Gross wipes are too expensive and small to use over your whole body. Amlactin is amazing but it does have that signature lactic acid smell and sometimes I don’t want lotion on me. I had never heard of Prequel before this. It was cheap enough and had all the acids I was looking for. I’ve only been using it for one week and it definitely has all the lactic acid magic in it! The wrinkle bend creases on my wrists are gone. My sun damage freckles and spots are fading. It’s so fast and easy to use. It dries fast. I put it on my arms and legs every single night while watching my bedtime TV routine. I’m here to buy a second bottle. I’m not a bot! Ladies we need this. I’ll update some photos later on. I’m sad I didn’t take a before photo. Also, remember any lactic acid products you MUST wear sunscreen after/during treatment. It makes you more prone to burn. I haven’t used this on my chest area sun damage but I have used PTR acid products there and it works phenomenally. Sometimes it pills so I may switch to this for my chest.

Great results when used carefully
This is a strong exfoliating peel, and it definitely works. The milk texture spreads easily and feels controlled, but you can tell right away that this is not a beginner exfoliant. At 15% glycolic acid, it delivers noticeable smoothing and brightness when used carefully. I started slowly and kept my routine very simple afterward, focusing on hydration and barrier support. Used this way, it helped refine texture and made my skin look clearer and more even. When I increased usage too quickly, I noticed dryness, which was a good reminder that this peel needs to be respected. I would recommend this to experienced skincare users who are comfortable with chemical exfoliation and understand the importance of spacing treatments and supporting the skin barrier. It’s effective, but not something to rush or overuse. I used less than the recommended amount and it was still a little spicy for me.

Restored my glow and smoothness in ONE use!
Restored my glow and smoothness in ONE use! I am 47, and I’ve really started to notice my skin losing its natural glow and becoming a bit dull. I decided to try the Prequel Multi-Acid Milk, and I am honestly obsessed. The results were immediate—literally after one use, my skin felt incredibly soft and hydrated. I’ve been using it twice a week, and the difference is night and day. My skin looks much younger, smoother, and that healthy radiance is finally back. If you struggle with any kind of roughness or uneven texture, this is the solution. It completely clears it up. It’s rare to find a product that delivers such fast results without being harsh. If you're on the fence, definitely give it a try!

Excellent product
It’s amazing. Not too harsh but does the trick. I love this product. My face flushes a little but is normal by in the morning. My skin glows like it never did before. It took about a week for me to see an obvious difference in my complexion. I am sold on continuing to use this daily. It’s not as expensive as a face peel or microdermabrasion.
