When grown under water it has a unique, rigid vertical growth pattern, but when grown emersed (out of water) it takes on a creeping growth pattern. When you purchase this listing you get one organic bundle of 5 healthy and fleshy stems of this wonderful and miraculous herb. These are grown outdoors so please take the appropriate precautions such as washing, cleaning etc (we do this as well but always a good idea to repeat).
