Instructions for Use

For New Lawns

1. Prepare the Soil
   Rake and loosen the top 2 inches of soil. Remove debris, dead grass, and weeds to improve seed-to-soil contact.

2. Apply the Seed
   Spread evenly using a lawn spreader according to the label settings.

3. Lightly Rake
   Gently rake the seed into the soil so it sits just beneath the surface.

4. Water Thoroughly

For Overseeding Existing Lawns

1. Mow Existing Grass Low
   Bag clippings and remove debris from the lawn.

2. Loosen the Soil Surface
