I use a 1.4 % solution that means 14ml mixed with 1Liter of water.  I use my backpack sprayer which take 18 liters so I use 250ml of WETCIT .  I drench my plants on the top and from underneath, but I am very careful not to spray my blooms.

WETCIT® DUO is a soluble liquid pesticide for the control of insects, mites and diseases as indicated in specified crops. Can also be used as a surfactant with pesticides and foliar nutrients.
