Susana Sanchez-Young is a multifaceted visual journalist, designer, and illustrator based in the East Bay. She’s the founder of The Designing Chica, a creative brand known for joyful, bilingual designs rooted in her Central American identity and pop culture influences.
Her work spans:
- Coloring books and DIY art kits
- Editorial illustration and design
- Cultural murals, stickers, and home decor
