Our Horticulture Pumice Grit is the perfect amendment for your soil mix. If you are looking to add good drainage to your potting mix, this is the right choice. You can mix 1 part of our Planet Desert Horicultural Pumice and 1 part of your soil mix. Avoid using any soil mix containing big chunks of organic materials like bark.
You can also add a thin layer at the top of your planters. This will help keep the base of your plant dry and it will also help disperse the water evenly when watering it.
For smaller seedlings or seed germination, use our 1/8 inch horticultural pumice starter. Great for live cactus.

I got this product the other day and immediately put it on my iPad! It’s very sturdy and the color looks exactly like the picture. Super easy to put on and offers great stability. I also love the pencil holder. Super worth the price. It fit perfectly as well.
