Easy to grow and widely adaptable, they prefer rich, well-drained soil, plenty of water, and sunny locations. Deadhead plants throughout the summer to keep Cannas blooming. Cannas are hardy in zones 7-10; In cooler regions, they can be grown as annuals or brought indoors over winter before the first frost.
