We have developed this class for beginners however, once you master the simple techniques you can translate the skills to cakes, cookies and even very large wedding cakes – all with maximum impact!

This class is a fantastic introduction to decorating your cupcakes using a variety of piping techniques.

Please note: We cater to gluten free dietary requirements. You will be prompted at checkout to inform us any allergies or specific needs. We regret that we may not be able to cater to your dietary needs if we are not informed at the time of booking.

Skill Level: Basic to Intermediate
Age: 16 yrs+ (or 12 yrs+ with a paying accompanying adult)
Class Duration: 2 Hours

Pre-order one of The CCC's take-home Piping Kits at checkout and it will be ready for you to collect on the day of your class. These kits have been curated carefully by our expert team to enable you to replicate, at home, the techniques and skills you learn during class.

Each kit includes:

- 4 metal nozzle tips

- 8 disposable piping bags

- 2 bags of sprinkles

- 2 gel colours.

Kits are also available to purchase following your class but are charged at full retail price.

Course Location
This class takes place at The Classic Cupcake Co Baking Academy (Shop 1 / 142 Spit Road, Mosman, NSW 2088).

Residential street parking is available all around our venue. There is also a small private car park right behind the building and a public car park on Stanton Road (off Northbound Spit Road). If you are travelling by public transport, catch the 144 bus to/from Chatswood, or the 172 & 173 to/from Wynyard.

Equipment
The class price includes all materials, recipes and handouts, all sugarcraft tools, equipment and of course, your box of cupcakes to take home.

Kitchen Attire & Code of Conduct
You are required to wear solid, comfortable shoes with closed toes and no high heels. The class is performed standing up, but stools are available for anyone who needs one. An apron will be provided.
