Red Amaranth Seeds from Survival Garden Seeds grow into a tall, striking plant that combines ornamental beauty with reliable food production. Reaching up to 6 feet tall, red amaranth produces deep burgundy seed heads that stand out in the garden while delivering a highly nutritious, ancient grain. Its vibrant leaves are also edible, making this heirloom variety a true dual-purpose crop for home gardeners and homesteaders.

Amaranth has been cultivated for centuries as both a staple food and a valued garden plant. The leaves can be harvested as tender greens or allowed to mature for deeper flavor, while the abundant seed heads produce small grains known for their nutritional density. Seeds may also be sprouted as microgreens, offering another way to enjoy this versatile plant.

How to Use / How to Grow:
Sow red amaranth seeds after the last frost in full sun and well-drained soil. Plant seeds shallowly and keep soil evenly moist during germination. Young leaves can be harvested early for tender greens, while mature leaves offer stronger flavor for cooking. Allow seed heads to fully mature for grain harvest, or cut earlier for ornamental use. Seeds can also be sprouted indoors for microgreens using standard sprouting methods.

Great weird horror
Format: Kindle
The Department of Truth: The End of the World is the first trade volume of this series, collecting issues 1-5. I don’t want to get into spoilers, but I enjoyed seeing a world building element I was familiar with in fantasy be applied to conspiracy theories. I also loved the art. It’s really stunning! I almost want to buy a print edition in addition to my Kindle/ComiXology edition because it’s so beautiful. I found the plot and concept compelling and can’t wait to read volume 2.

meh...
Format: Paperback
collecting the entire universe, so obviously i picked this up. i absolutely LOVE the stuff written by Ryan Parrott, but it seems like the some of the side stories were just thrown into the universe for the sake of 'diversity'. identity politics is injected into BOTH of the books in this series (that i have read so far... im somewhere in the middle of year two) that were written by Melissa Flores, for no reason except projection, propaganda and forced diversity quotas. the book isnt even an extreme offender or anything, but the 'community' has caused so many problems, in ever facet of society that they have attached themselves to, that i (and so many others) now see any of it as huge red flag... and that is sad, because i was raised to have the EXACT opposite viewpoint, and i did, for well over 30 years (just turned 40).
