This compressed coconut coir grow medium is a versatile, peat free planting base designed to support healthy root development and balanced moisture retention. Use it on its own as a grow medium or mix it into existing soil to improve aeration, drainage, and hydration.
Suitable for indoor plants, seed starting, microgreens, herbs, vegetables, flowers, container gardens, raised beds, and hydroponic growing systems. The coir is raw and unamended so you can customize nutrients based on your plant’s needs.
Made from natural coconut husk fiber, this renewable medium offers a sustainable alternative to peat based soils while providing excellent structure for root growth.

Each puck is approximately 60 mm. Add about 1 cup of water per puck
