Planted peacefully. These claymen figure sculptures emerge from a careful observation of the common man and his dilemmas.

We only have one planet that we can inhabit. Pair that with an ever-growing population and inconsiderate practices- we are now posing a threat to the planet. Most human habits are harmful to the environment and are barely changed due to ignorance or negligence, thereby disrupting the ecosystem. However, it takes only about three weeks for a human being to form a habit or more importantly, break one.

The series ”All is Swell“ is a dig at this, a satire on our day-to-day habits and states of being that can be toxic for our environment. The figurative sculptures act as reminders of how we need to think and rethink about our actions and their implications. To make small changes in our daily lifestyle, so that our planet is habitable for generations to come.

Not a Users Guide
Format: Paperback
Although many readers may find this book useful, it describes a particular approach to Powerpoint. It is not anything like a comprehensive users guide.

Just linear
Format: Paperback
I appreciate that it helps to organize the chaos of information, but I just used the template verbatim with my manager and it did not go very well. He said this linear approach does not work anymore with high-level corporate audiences. They want to cut right to the chase and start to dig into the deep details. This layout with simple images, even if you just pull away the map and anchor slides, makes the storytelling too much like a story, not giving enough credit to the speed at which certain audiences can and do process data on a slide. It was an interesting exercise and I still think this linear layout works in some cases. Just not if you are trying to communicate business case or other C-suite type of information.
