The idea was simple yet revolutionary — bring the best hard rock, specifically hard rock, bands together in one place and let as many people come as possible. The inaugural fest was held in England and featured Rainbow, Judas Priest, Scorpions, and more. It grew in size and became an internationally touring festival. The fest even played Soviet Russia in 1991 in what was one of the largest concerts of all time with over 1.5 million people attending. This vintage parking lot shirt, nicely worn in with a few permanent marks throughout, is from the 1988 Monsters Of Rock US tour which featured Van Halen, Metallica, Scoprions, and more.

Fit-wise, it runs pretty true to size, although I could see sizing up if someone prefers a less fitted look. One thing to note is that lighter colors may be a bit more sheer depending on what you wear underneath. Overall, it’s a simple, versatile tank that didn't break my bank so it's worth it. In the winter I'll probably wear it under the majority of my shirts. I'm absolutely planning on ordering more colors.

These are the best tank tops! No gaping arm holes. The tank gives some coverage on the sides and under the arms so it conceals any problem spots. The back neckline is higher than most tanks so the straps are a perfect flattering length for me. I'm under 5'3 with a short torso so it's rare to find a tank that doesn't require shortening the straps. The V-neck is wide and hits at the perfect spot, not too high to be awkward looking but not so low that I'm flashing people at dinner. The fabric is light- medium weight. Not so sheer that it looks cheap but not thick enough for the white to be opaque. These are well made and hold their shape after washing and drying and come in a ton of colors. I have several and will buy more.
