Lulu Siciliano and Perma Blend have developed this exclusive PMU lip color modification set to provide artists the ability to achieve incredible results for darker-toned lips. This "two-step process" will provide beautiful and natural-looking lips for clients who wish to warm and brighten their lip tone.
Neutralizer - A bright orange with a warm undertone.
Illume - A golden yellow, opaque color with a warm undertone.
Colorizer - A bright red with a warm undertone.
Best Practice: During the consultation, we recommend screening your client for a history of hyperpigmentation as this is a high-risk group and lip procedures should be avoided.
