Includes an adjustable head support that can be removed for compatibility with the child car seat head restraint. The Britax Head & Body Support Pillow fits both car seat and stroller harness systems and has been crash tested and approved for use with all Britax convertible and infant car seats for children weighing up to 22 lbs. This accessory can be used in addition to other components in Britax car seats, i.e. infant positioning pillow, but should not be used as a substitute to required components of Britax car seats.
