As shown in the pictures, the largest and newest leaf has not fully hardened
We’ve started harvesting seeds today (20/12/25) from one of our most anticipated crosses: Anthurium (Guna Yala x Carlablackiae) x Carlablackiae RA10 S1 and expectations are very high.
The mother plant is the exceptional Guna Yala x Carlablackiae AU1 from Wanna. Its foliage gets extremely dark while retaining green veins, creating an incredible contrast that really stands out. As shown in the pictures, the largest and newest leaf has not fully hardened yet, but over the coming week it will darken to match the older leaves, completing that striking look.
The pollen donor is Carlablackiae RA10 S1 by Scott Cohen - one of our top three favourite carlablackiae out of nearly 25 we are currently growing. Perfectly round, consistently dark, and an absolute benchmark Carla in our collection.
With the Christmas break approaching, despatch will take place shortly after the holidays to avoid delays or parcels being held up in transit.
