All sizes have drainage holes (except the 13 x 3 x 3 herb planter) and are made to have the soil placed directly inside. All planters are raised off the ground with small feet = cleats. This allows the planters to dry out underneath. We have smaller sizes for herbs medium for flowers and large for trees.
