Important Note: Bergamot oil can increase sun sensitivity, avoid direct sun exposure after using it on your hair or scalp.   

Combining Lavender and Bergamot Oil

The combination of lavender and bergamot oil is thought to offer a synergistic effect. Lavender's calming properties may complement bergamot's potential to balance the scalp. Together, they might create a healthier environment for hair growth and improve hair's overall appearance.

Hair Oil can be used in a variety of ways. For hydration and complete treatment, apply the hair oil to your roots and let it soak in over the course of an hour or more. I know some folks who love to do a treatment before bedtime, and use a shower cap to sleep with it on overnight! It is best to do a treatment before showering, at which time you just shampoo and rinse as usual.

I love to use it as a daily face/hair moisturizer! I use 6-10 drops in the palm of my hands and apply it to my face, lightly working into my scalp line where I have the driest areas. I will then “wipe” the excess into the ends of my hair. Adjust accordingly, I have thick hair, so using as much as I do does not make it feel or appear greasy.
