Humidity: Prefers to be in a humid environment, as it is from tropical forests. Mist the plant often to increase the humidity. This plant will survive in regular household humidity, but will grow slower. 

Temperature: The best temperature for this plant ranges from 64ºF-77ºF. Maintain indoor temperatures above 60ºF. Avoid cold air drafts and sudden temperature changes. 

Food: Feed once every  month in the spring and summer with a liquid fertilizer for indoor plants.
