There’s a reason the Ficus family has been the "it" plant for decades. With their clean lines, striking leaf patterns, and ability to grow into impressive living sculptures, a Ficus is more than just a houseplant—it’s a piece of decor.
Starting from seed gives you the unique chance to "train" your tree from day one. Want a bushy tabletop centerpiece? Or a stately, single-trunk floor plant that frames your favorite window? The choice is yours. Our seeds are selected for high germination rates and vigorous growth, making the transition from sprout to "statement piece" as smooth as possible.
Select between:
- Ficus Altissima or the 'Lofty Fig' or 'Council Tree' with it's eye-catching glossy leaves and bright veins
- Ficus Benghalensis or the 'Ficus Audrey' or 'Banyan Tree' with it's classy deep green leaves and pale veins
- Ficus Ingens or the 'Red Leaved Ficus' with it's colorful foliage, with new growth showcasing red/orange leaves that turn green with time.
Instructions:
These seeds grow slowly, so we recommend using the following to sow the seeds:
These Ficus varieties like bright, indirect light. Let the soil dry between waterings and fertilize every couple of weeks during the growing season.
