- Watering: Water thoroughly, then allow the top few centimetres of soil to dry out completely before watering again. Avoid leaving stagnant water in the saucer.

- Potting Soil: Requires a rich, highly aerated mix. A blend of indoor plant potting soil combined with perlite and orchid bark is ideal.
- Repotting: Repot every 1 to 2 years in the spring into a slightly larger container to accommodate its vigorous root system.
- Fertilizing: Apply a balanced green plant fertilizer once a month from March to October.
