If your jade plant is losing leaves or has spots, this is most commonly caused by too little water. It is better to be on the dry side than too wet.
Humidity: Jade plants like being placed in a normal household environment. They do not need misted or extra humidity. They appreciate air flow, so any place with circulating air will help your jade plant grow.
