The Poplar™ S convertible car seat takes the stress out of moving to the next car seat stage thanks to the patented ClickTight® installation and slim SpaceSaver™ design. This convertible car seat accommodates up to 50 lbs when installed rear-facing, allowing your child to ride rear-facing longer. It easily switches to a forward-facing car seat as your child grows, accommodating up to 65 lbs. ClickTight technology provides fully open seat belt paths that are clearly labeled and easy to access, and the automatic tensioner takes care of the tightening. This baby car seat lets you easily adjust the 14-position no-rethread harness and headrest to help create the perfect fit. The removable infant insert helps to properly position infants 22 lbs and under. There are 2 additional premium inserts that help create refined comfort and a tailored fit. The ReboundReduce™ stability bar easily attaches to the car seat when installed rear-facing, helping to minimize movement in the event of a crash. Slim outside and spacious inside, this convertible car seat features 17-inch SpaceSaver™ technology designed to fit 3-across* without compromising on trusted Britax safety and premium comfort. The rear-facing car seat includes a patented SafeCell® crumple zone and a V-shaped top tether to help manage crash energy. Carbon steel frame and belt paths provide strength and stability. 4.5 stars from me because this is the cutest, wittiest, most fun story I’ve read in awhile. Debut author and former Bustle employee, Emma Lord, knows the Twitterverse and modern landscape in which she writes and it shines brightly. On top of being deeply invested in this story, I think I have an extra appreciation for this because I work in social media, and love all the talk of brands, campaigns, PR moves on social, etc. Which brings us to our characters... Jack and Pepper are classmates whose families own popular, competing restaurants in NYC. One day, a Twitter feud breaks out between the twos business leaving Jack & Pepper unknowingly dueling it out in a battle of wits and memes from their respective brand pages. What happens when they find out who is on the other side of the tweet war? And what about all of those feelings they’ve developed for each other IRL? Tweet Cute masterfully tells the story of growing up in the modern world and finding yourself, and your people along the way. While this is labeled “romance” and certainly is at times, I would say that the romance aspect is a slow burn and actually isn’t what made me love this novel. I loved it for it’s sweet, sweet storyline that tied in everything millennials & gen Zers deal with on a daily basis (social media, viral posts, etc.) with its witty quips, fun characters and so much more. Jack, Pepper, and all of their respective family members and friends are characters I can totally see living in a TV series someday, that’s how much fun they are. If you’re looking for a breezy, lighthearted, adorable story to lose yourself in this year, add Tweet Cute to your TBR, now! I want to thank NetGalley, Emma Lord and Wednesday Books for giving me an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Great fun read

Pepper is your typical high school perfectionist and overachiever, something she has control over while her family is falling apart. Her mom is busy keeping their-once small town-fast food restaurant off the ground as an ultra successful chain, and let’s be realistic here, Pepper is as well since she secretly has a large hand in the social media aspect. Her sister is away at college and has a strained relationship with their mom and their dad is back in their hometown managing the original Big League Burger. Jack is the son of a rival burger shop, twin, and class clown. He usually prefers to fly under the radar where most things are concerned, perfectly content with hiding away developing his apps. Apps like the one being banned at school. The one he designed, for students only, to anonymously post under the guise of an animal. That is, until Big League steals his family’s grilled cheese recipe. Only then does he find himself locked in a twitter war with Pepper. What neither realize is that they’re falling for each other behind animal faces on his app while the twitter war goes viral. I enjoyed this book, but I didn’t love it quite as much as the other work I’ve read by Emma. I found the beginning a little hard to get into and I wasn’t a huge fan of how the two were forced to spend time together, but after four chapters or so I was hooked and didn’t want to put it down. The banter we love is there between the characters and they’re almost sickeningly cute together. Though I have to admit, I love the PepperJack ship. The name is too perfect. I loved Jack’s opinion of being on Twitter, yelling into a void. Just a great, fun read overall.
