Two 85 lb effective-load stacks operate independently, letting a single athlete run asymmetrical cable drills or two users train simultaneously without interfering with each other.

With 21 selectable cable positions and 81" of cable travel, the FT-325 covers the full spectrum — from ankle-level pull-throughs to overhead chops — at a 2:1 lifting ratio that keeps resistance smooth across the entire range. A minimum effective load of just 5 lb makes precise progression accessible for rehabilitation work and skill-focused accessory training alike.
