The base of each leaf stalk--approximately the bottom 5 inches--is where the flavor hides in this citrusy herb. Remove the leafy top and woody bottom, strip the tough outer layers, and you'll discover the delicious white inner stalk. Chop or mince and add it to Asian-inspired curries, stir fries, and marinades. Use the discarded lemongrass bits to infuse tea, broth, or soup with citrus flavor. A replacement

Somehow still squeaking

My Dog's All-Time Favorite
This is the only toy my dog will fetch over and over until she's too tired to run. This is her all-time favorite toy. We have tried buying others to give her variety, and she just keeps going back to this one. She'll chase other toys once or twice and then lose interest. But this toy? She will chase it indefinitely. We've purchased multiple so we can have one in each vehicle for playdates at the park. 10/10
