Mini Medusa Hanging Air Plant Jellyfish | 10 cm long x 5 cm wide | Fast EU shipping | Handmade in the EU | Pet-safe
Summary: A whimsical botanical jellyfish crafted from a real sea urchin shell and curly Tillandsia. At just 10 cm long, it's a compact, coastal-inspired statement for every corner of your European home.
✨ Why You'll Love the Mini Medusa
- Striking design: natural sea urchin shell paired with silvery-green Tillandsia air plant
- Perfect size: approx. 10 cm long, 5 cm wide—ideal for hanging in windows, bathrooms, or over desks
- Low-maintenance and soil-free—just mist or soak
- Includes transparent hanging thread for a magical “floating” effect
- 100% pet-safe—worry-free for homes with cats or dogs
🌞 Light & Placement
Bright, indirect light keeps your Mini Medusa happy. Avoid direct midday sun. Great near east-facing windows or under grow lights in European apartments.
💧 Water & Humidity
Mist 2–3× per week or soak weekly for 15–20 minutes. Always dry the air plant upside down before re-hanging. Loves humidity—perfect in kitchens or bathrooms.
🪴 Soil & Potting
No soil needed! This air plant lives epiphytically. When it outgrows its shell, gently remove and repurpose or re-pot elsewhere.
🐾 Toxicity & Safety
Non-toxic and safe for pets. Even if your cat thinks it's a toy, no harm done.
🌱 Growth & Propagation
As your Tillandsia matures, it may produce pups. Detach once 1/3 the parent’s size and start a new jellyfish or plant them separately.
📆 Seasonal & Special Care
In summer, water more frequently. In winter, reduce misting but avoid total dryness. Gently rinse if dust accumulates.
🐛 Common Issues
- Dry tips: increase humidity or soak time
- Soft base: caused by rot—ensure full drying after watering
- Dull leaves: increase light or airflow
🧬 Botanical Background
Tillandsia are native to tropical forests and deserts of the Americas. Paired with a naturally shed sea urchin shell, the Mini Medusa floats like marine magic—hand-assembled in the EU and made for curious plant lovers.
