Philodendron 'Autumn' plants are a beautiful hybrid philodendron, known for the rich, coppery-red color of new leaves. The copper-red fades to a dark olive green as the leaves mature. This plant loves partial to indirect sunlight, and brighter indirect light sources will encourage an exotic display of rich coppery colors.

These tropical philodendrons prefer an organic and well-draining soil that will keep the roots evenly moist. Mature plants will grow to 3 to 4 feet tall and wide if given the space. Philodendron Autumn plants are ideal for indoor spaces, or for shaded patios in places with mild winters (as long as they can come inside during the cold).

The root system in a Philodendron Autumn is versatile and resilient. If you are going to re-pot your autumn philodendron from its growers' pot, make sure to do so a little while after it has arrived, and stay close to the size of the grower's pot it arrived in. That way it has time to acclimate to its new environment after shipping. Re-pot with sandy loose soil, such as a cactus or an orchid soil mix.

Philodendron plants are native to Central America. Plants are grown in Florida or Texas often, so they prefer warmer temperatures, higher humidities, and partially shaded light conditions. We use Pampers 360’s for our 18 month old, but we decided to try out Huggies 360’s to check if they were better Huggies 360 differ from Pampers 360 in size. These Huggies are huge compared to Pampers, they fit true to size but are puffy and take up more space in the diaper bag and the diaper drawer. My toddler prefers to run around wearing only a diaper. Huggies are less durable than Pampers, they will fray and pill more with the friction of surfaces. They perform the same as the Pampers, we didn’t experience any leaks. They are also similar is softness to Pampers. The elastic at the sides also seems tighter than Pampers. The main reason we won’t be switching to Huggies 360 is that the absorbent panel in the front is wider and less flexible so more difficult to get into a comfortable position for my son’s anatomy. They do function well as diapers, they just aren’t for us.
