grass herbicide for gardens Preen 5.625 Lbs. Garden Weed Preventer

Preen® Garden Weed Preventer helps keep your landscape beds clean and weed-free by preventing new weeds from germinating before they start. Designed for use in flower beds, vegetable gardens, around trees and shrubs, and in ground covers, this easy-to-apply granular formula stops weeds for up to three months, guaranteed.

Unlike weed killers that treat weeds after they appear, Preen works before weeds begin, stopping weed seeds from germinating in the soil. This helps eliminate hours of hand-weeding and keeps your garden looking neat and healthy throughout the growing season.

Preen can be safely used around over 200 established flowers, vegetables, trees, and shrubs, making it one of the most versatile weed prevention products for home gardeners. Simply apply the granules to the soil surface and water them in to activate the barrier that prevents weeds from growing.

Ideal for use spring, summer, or fall, Preen Garden Weed Preventer helps gardeners maintain beautiful, low-maintenance planting beds all season long.

Important: Preen prevents new weeds from growing but does not kill existing weeds, so remove existing weeds before applying.

Covers 900 square feet.
