Loft's L-93 Creeping Bentgrass Seed
Loft's L-93 Creeping Bentgrass is a premium cool-season turfgrass variety developed for golf course greens, tees, and fairways where exceptional turf quality and dependable performance are required. Recognized for its strong natural resistance to dollar spot and copper spot diseases, L-93 can help turf managers reduce fungicide inputs while maintaining healthy, attractive playing surfaces.
This proven bentgrass variety has consistently demonstrated outstanding performance in university and independent turfgrass evaluations, earning top rankings for tee and fairway applications. Its upright growth habit and fine leaf texture create a smooth, uniform surface that delivers excellent ball roll and playability without the excessive maintenance demands associated with some ultra-dense bentgrass cultivars.
L-93 maintains attractive color throughout cooler seasons and exhibits excellent winter survival, allowing turf to emerge from dormancy with strong spring recovery and early green-up. Its balanced growth characteristics make it suitable for both new construction and renovation projects on golf courses and other professionally managed turf areas.
