The joys of watching a Monstera leaf slowly unfurl simply cannot be compared! Your plant will ship with mostly solid green leaves. As the plant matures, the heart shaped leaves will start to produce fenestrations or the leaf holes that give this houseplant its nickname of “Swiss Cheese”. Each leaf is unique with glossy green color and cuts or ribbons where the perforated leaves split.

Native to tropical rainforests, it is easily adaptable to indoor growing and makes lovely home decor. Growing quite large in the wild, it’s good to keep in mind that you will need some room to grow the Monstera plant indoors and have it thrive. Additionally, this philodendron plant grows tall and will need support such as a moss pole or trellis to climb upon.Grown indoors, you typically won’t see the philodendron Monstera flower.   • Monstera Deliciosa Light Requirements

The large leaves of mature Monstera deliciosa plants require lots of bright indirect light conditions to thrive. Luckily, having holey leaves helps the light filter through to the bottom branches and leaves. Choose a sunny window with lots of indirect light. A south or east facing window is best. Too much sun can cause leaf scorch or burn.

  • How Often to Water Monstera Deliciosa Plants?

Monsteras are quite drought tolerant once established. We recommend watering once weekly or whenever the potting soil feels dry to touch. Too much watering can cause your plant to have wet feet or root rot which isn’t recommended for optimal growth.

An outdoor monstera deliciosa size at maturity can grow up to 30 feet tall if left untamed. This is uncommon when grown as indoor house plants. So I saw this book on Instagram from someone I follow and was immediately intrigued. And let me tell you I am so glad I picked this up. I literally could not put it down and read it in a day. I am absolutely in love with evie and Maddox. I mean seriously Maddox 😭 I love him so much and that poor brute has been through so much but is just the most lovable thing. And Evie ugh that woman has been through it but is so strong. Every side character in this book is just as amazing too. The twins, Vic, Lou, and don't even get me started on the other Wilder boys😍 this book had everything, it's emotional, heartbreaking, thrilling and just an all around amazing love story. This will be a book I definitely re-read and I don't do that often. Also need to buy a physical copy like ASAP. But what I really need is Mercy's story like, yesterday. He is absolutely my favorite side character in this book and I will be so sad if he doesn't get his own story!

ARC Review 3.75 ⭐️, rounded up to 4 ⭐️’s. I really enjoyed the book and think the author did a good job of drawing her readers into this couple’s world. The characters were complex, but well developed. Even the side characters were amazing. The setting of the story was well thought out and came to life on the pages. There were definitely some plot twists that I didn’t see coming, and some that were anticipated, but with the way they were timed I was still shocked when it happened. And while this wasn’t the spiciest book I’ve ever read, the spice was definitely there. When it hit, it hit hard! Overall, I really enjoyed Evie and Maddox’s story. There were some things that seemed repetitive and that could’ve flowed better for me, and there were errors that a good editor should have caught. I definitely look forward to more books from this author though and am thankful for the opportunity to ARC read this book. This is a book you definitely want to check the trigger warnings before starting. It is packed with trauma and subjects that could be difficult for some readers. Instantly Needed More...

Tuesday James... lord have MERCY!! I cannot believe this was your first book, to think that you are just getting started terrifies me and leaves me on the edge of my seat! The absolute chokehold that this book has had on me... cannot be put into words. I waited for this book to be released. I saw teaser reels on IG and saved it on my TBR and patiently waited. The moment it became available I DEVOURED it! I read it in one day, and it is definitely in my top favorites of all time and I read a lot. I love a romance book that has a deeper, twisty, trauma filled plot. I like a book about people some would call damaged, (with jagged edges 😉) that have tons of baggage and are an ever evolving work in progress. Maddox and Evie had me from the jump. I have a soft spot for victims of domestic violence and all other forms of abuse as I grew up in a similar environment and when I say that this book captured and represented victims of DV beautifully, I mean it with my whole chest. I saw so many similarities in Evie that I could relate to and how she didn't want to be saved she wanted someone to stand beside her... and boy oh boy was that Maddox Wilder! Maddox is haunted by his own ghosts and after meeting Evie they bond over their pasts and push each other to be better. Evie is the definition of a single mom doing the very best that she can, and I loved every second of sweetness Tuesday shared of her adorable twin boys. I found myself thinking several times, I want to be in Evie and Louisiana's friend circle. This book is angsty, full of funny banter, suspenseful, filled with little boy cuteness/silliness and full of all the steamy good parts. Definitely read the trigger warnings, as it explores darker themes and may not be for everyone. For me this one was a 12 out of 10 and Tuesday James will be an automatic read for me. Do not even get me started on my anticipation for Mr. Mercy Wilder because do not have words. I also CANNOT WAIT for Louisiana's book, I fell in love with her instantly. Do yourself a favor and read this book, it had all the things. And Tuesday, please do us all favor and keep writing books like this one that embed in my brain and I cannot stop thinking about!!
