The Epipremnum Aureum, also known as the Money Plant, is a lush, trailing plant that adds a touch of the tropical to any space. Its long, heart-shaped leaves are a beautiful emerald green, and are thought to bring good luck and financial prosperity to its owners. It's easy to care for and can grow long, trailing vines that make it perfect for hanging baskets or as a tabletop centerpiece.
Plant Care:
- Light: Money Plant prefers bright, indirect light, but can also tolerate low light conditions. Avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch the leaves.
- Water: Water your Money Plant regularly, allowing the soil to dry out slightly between waterings. Avoid overwatering, which can lead to root rot.
- Humidity: Epipremnum Aureum prefers average humidity levels, but can tolerate low humidity.
- Fertilizer: Fertilize your Money Plant once every two to three months with a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer.
- Pruning: Prune the vines as needed to maintain the desired length and shape. Cut back to the desired length, leaving a few leaves near the cut to encourage new growth.
