This gorgeous plant is a unique variety of the common Chinese Evergreen, which is known for its beautiful foliage and low-maintenance attitude. These plants are native to tropical and subtropical Asia, and while they're naturally used to lots of rainfall, they can withstand moderate periods of drought, which makes them an ideal and forgiving houseplant.

Make sure your Lady Valentina gets bright indirect light -- while the Chinese Evergreen family is known for being low-light tolerant, this variety will lose its pink variegation in lower light. To keep the leaves bright and pink, bright indirect light or dappled sunlight will do just fine!

This was a slow moving book. Lots of character pov chapters, lots of superfluous descriptions and endless courtly appearances stalled this book to start. Once you get into the heart of the story, it takes off. Before you know it the book is done. My favorite character is Reyna. She is so strong. She is true to herself. She gets into a lot of trouble with her headstrong ways but it's entertaining. I have high hopes for Lorcan. He is honorable to a fault. Thane had turned out to be better than I thought but i still don't like him. Eislin is useless. Great plot twists at the end. I'm looking forward too book 2.

Parts of Wings of Stars were unexpectedly emotional and of course I was left with my jaw on the floor at that cliffhanger! Next, please!
