Materials & Care

Materials: The Williamsburg window box includes a stainless steel planting box with an antique copper finish and thick iron mounting brackets with a black powder-coated protective finish.

Antique copper finish process: The planter is electroplated with a copper finish, then hand-rubbed to create an antique look, and sealed with a high-grade clear-coat protective sealer.

Optional annual protection: You may apply a clear spray sealant once per year (inside and outside) for added protection—some customers also apply it before first use.
  • Avoid constant overflow: Minerals/chlorine/soil additives can contribute to spotting if water runs down the exterior.
  • Not designed as a fountain: Continuous water exposure is not recommended.
  • Winter storage: Optional. Clean with mild soap + water, dry thoroughly, then store if preferred.
  • Mounting note: Brackets are not designed for metal railings. For railing mounting, explore HoldItMate® systems.
Product FAQs

Does this 30" Williamsburg window box include brackets and hardware?

Does the Williamsburg window box have drainage holes?

Yes—drainage holes are included to help prevent waterlogged soil and support healthy roots.

Is stainless steel suitable for outdoor planting?

Great toy!
Color: Grass Green, Size: Medium
We have a boxer and pit mix and he destroys everything. This toy however lasted the longest. He played with this every day and he plays very rough. But after 3 months I finally threw it out. It was still in tact but it was about to start falling apart. I will definitely buy another one.

Great for aggressive chewers
Color: Mixed, Size: Medium
This toy held up well. My dog is a very aggressive chewer and will shred apart any toy she can. She was not able to tear up this one. I have not found many toys that she doesn't destroy

Smaller than pictured
Color: Mixed, Size: Medium, Color: Mixed, Size: Medium
It’s a lot smaller than pictured and I have the same dog type as was depicted in the one of the pictures. The dog like it so I guess that’s good. I will not be playing tug of war with him using this. I like my fingers thank you very much. I would say it durable. He destroys most toys in minutes. He did destroy the squeaky part in about 10 minutes so bonus points for that.

Not for aggressive chewers. But still a good product.
Color: Mixed, Size: Medium
Cute toy, my dog was obsessed with it, but within like 1-3 days I couldn’t put any treats in the places for it as my aggressive chewer dog destroyed it within a day or so haha. But she still loves it and just chews on it for fun. Doesn’t last long with aggressive chewers if you’re looking to put treats and such in it like I did. But again that part may be broken and she still chews on it so not too bad!
